All Consultations Between The Patient and The Provider Are Done Online via EMAIL Correspondence Only.

***THIS WILL NOT BE A VIRTUAL MEETING WITH THE PROVIDER***

  • You will receive an online form to fill out informing us about your condition via email at least one day prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • You do not need to be available during the time of the appointment, we just ask that the form be submitted by the scheduled time.
  • Our professional medical consultation regarding the recommended treatment plan for your specific case will be sent via email within a couple of days of your scheduled appointment depending on the treatment plan purchased.

  • Please Note — States that include an asterisk (*) denote locations where Dr. Van Wagoner is not currently licensed. If you reside in these states marked with an asterisk (*), Dr. Van Wagoner will still be able to provide you with a professional consultation, but you will need to discuss his suggested treatment plan with your own local provider and receive the necessary medication prescriptions from that local provider.

His experience as a Board Certified Allergist and Immunologist provides a very helpful basis of understanding for this condition that is driven by allergic and other immunological factors.
