All consultations are online via email correspondence. You will receive the correct form via email one day prior to the scheduled appointment. You do not need to be available during the time of the appointment, we just ask that the form be submitted by the scheduled time. 

You will be redirected to our Booking Site to book your new patient consultation. You will also receive a Welcome Email. If you have any issues after checkout, please email us at info@eczemaspecialist.com .

There will be no refunds given once the New Patient Consultation Form is submitted. If a refund is requested for extenuating circumstances before your appointment time, there will be a 35% processing fee. By clicking the checkbox on the checkout page, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you understand that after submitting payment, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Currently, we do not accept insurance for patient services. If needed, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. Please email info@eczemaspecialist.com to inquire about receiving one. 

All follow-up consultations are $50 unless:

• • If you purchase a Premium Consultation Package, all follow-up consultations are included for the first 6 months of treatment. 
  • If you purchase an Advanced Consultation Package, the first 3 follow-ups are included within the initial 4 months of treatment.

*After Premium/Advanced packages expire, all follow-up consultations are $50.

Most of the patients I treat have moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. Typically, a minimum of 6 months of frequent follow-ups is required. Afterward, the goal is to have my patients follow up once or twice a year but some patients require many years of treatment – then, a very infrequent application of regimen once per week or only as needed after remission is achieved.
